TONG CP NEWPORT ROAD (south side) Durant Headstone, approximately 3 metres to north of chancel of Church of St Bartholomew

GV II Headstone. Early C19. Sandstone. Large Maltese cross. Inscribed: G.D/h.m.c./1823. It is not clear to which Durant this applies as George Durant the elder died in 1780 and the younger in 1844.
