Hem Manor Farmhouse and screen wall adjoining to east.

II
Farmhouse and screen wall. Late C18. Red brick, rendered right-hand end, and old tile roof. L-plan. Three storeys with two storey wing to rear. Dentil brick eaves cornice, and end stacks. Three bays; glazing-bar sashes with gauged heads. Central half-glazed door with two lower flush panels; C19 gabled porch with incised folder to represent ashlar, and double chamfered round arch. C20 one storey lean-to to left.

Screen wall set back to right; approximately 8 metres long and 3 metres high. Red brick with stone dressings. Blind segmental headed opening to left; blocked gateway to right with central depressed arch with stone coped triangular pediment above, and flanking square piers with stone copings and globe finial.
