2. Late C18 or early C19 refronting to earlier timber frame. Red brick, roughcast and cement rendering; 2 storeys plus attic; 5 sash windows, generally minus glazing bars or renewed; 2 late C19 splayed oriels; 8 gabled dormers, late C19 and modern shop fronts. Covered-way on left-hand side with exposed timber-framing. Interiors also much altered but retain some exposed ceiling beams.
