House. Early to mid-C19, possibly with earlier core. Stuccoed, probably
on to coursed limestone rubble; slate roof; integral end, ridge and
lateral brick stacks with diamond shafts. Irregular L-plan; 3:2 gables
to south and west, entrance in C20 lobby to south-east; Tudor Gothic
style. Two storeys. Mainly glazing-bar sashes, some with 4-centred heads.
Gable-end to west with first floor sash and ground floor canted bay with
French casements; 2-storey porch in angle to right with first floor sash.
Pair of 4-panelled doors and late C20 weather porch. West front: two gables,
that to left over 2-storey canted bay with 3-light wooden mullioned and
transomed windows. West wing; south front: two first floor 3-light
casements with gables above. flanking central projection with segmental-headed
ground floor casement and tall full dormer with small blind window.
Interior: early C19 staircase in stair Wing adjoining porch to east.
