Details
ASH TR 2858 THE STREET (south side) 10/88 Nos.61 and 63 GV II
House and shop. Early C19, re-building on earlier base. Brown brick and plain tiled roof. Two parallel ranges. Two storeys and stacks to left and end right. Two glazing bar sashes and central blank window space on first floor, and 1 glazing bar sash to left with cambered head and 15 light shop window to right with half-glazed margin light door, the whole with fluted pilaster surrounds. Paired doorways to centre with half-glazed and boarded doors and rectangular fanlights. Evidence on right return especially of older brickwork and re-building (in part rendered). Included for group value.
