House, now divided into flats. Circa 1830 with later additions and
alterations. Roughcast brick or rubblestone; low-pitched hipped
slate roof concealed by moulded eaves parapet; rendered ridge and
integral lateral stacks. 5 x 5 bays with three gables to rear, centre
recessed. Three storeys with continuous stone cill bands, moulded to
second floor, and moulded eaves cornice. Five windows; glazing-bar sashes,
including some dummies to returns. Central entrance; stone Greek
Doric porch with two pairs of fluted columns and moulded entablature
with triglyphs and metopes over recessed 6-panel door (upper panels
now glazed) with panelled reveals and rectangular barred overlight.
