SJ 30 SE SJ 3612 0226 MINSTERLEY C.P. A488, The Waterwheel (East side)

11/73 Milestone approx. - 135 metres to north of Brook Field

- II Milestone. Probably mid-to late C19. White-painted stone with black lettering. Rounded top. Lettered: "MINSTERLEY" radially at top, "2 / SALOP / 11ΒΌ". This section of the Shrewsbury - Bishops Castle turnpike road was constructed between 1834 and 1838, replacing the old road to the west. Brook Field is not included on this list.
