SCOTLAND STREET 1. 5358 (north side) The Hollies and No 46 (formerly listed as The Hollies) SJ 3934 7/42 19.3.51 II 2. Late C18 - early C19. Brick, partly painted and partly stuccoed; 2 storey and attic. The house has been sub-divided and the left-hand portion, which is now No 46, has been altered with roughcast facing and altered doorway with later Cl 9 wood porch, but retains Regency type moulded wood canted bay window tiered over 2 storeys. The Hollies has a plain gable and a projecting stuccoed pedimented wing to right, the lower storey having an open arcade of Roman Doric columns and the return side to east an attractive pergola of wrought iron trellis-work with balcony above; plain eaves; slates.
