Farmhouse. Dated 1683 with C18 and C19 alterations and additions. Squared and thinly coursed yellow sandstone; plain tile roof. T- plan with projecting gabled cross-wing to south-west. 2 storeys and gable-lit attic. North-west front: large integral lateral stack to right-hand cross-wing with stone lower part and pitched-roofed link to attic and chamfered offset to late C19 brick upper part with reset datestone. Fenestration altered in C19 and C20; main range to left with first-floor C19 two-light wooden casement to right and blocked window to left and ground-floor C20 two-light wooden casement to left with blocked window to right; cross-wing to right with C20 two-light attic casement, first-floor C20 wooden casement to left and blocked window to centre, and ground-floor C19 segmental-headed 3-light wooden casement to left with blocked window to centre; sealed C19 door in left-hand return front with lean-to stone porch in angle. Right- hand return front of cross-wing with two C20 casements to each floor. C20 porch adjoining main range to left with C20 panelled door. Catslide roof over lean-to kitchen addition in angle at rear with integral brick stack. Interior not inspected but chamfered beams and corner fireplace noted.
