Farmhouse. Early C18. Graded roughly dressed grey sandstone; plain tile roof. L-plan. 2 storeys and gable-lit attic. Plinth, and parapeted gable ends with stone copings and moulded kneelers; integral brick end stacks. 5 bays; mid- to late C19 wooden cross casements with moulded stone cills and segmental heads with alternating light and dark stone voussoirs; central C20 glazed door with 3-part rectangular overlight and late C20 lean-to stone porch with 4-panelled C20 door. Interior: central C18 staircase, dividing at half-landing with closed string, widely-spaced turned balusters, moulded handrail, and square newel posts with beaded corners and caps; left-hand ground-floor room with C18 segmental-arched stone fireplace; C18 boarded and panelled doors.
