GV II
House. Probably late C18 (date 1789 painted on entrance porch) with later additions and alterations. Mainly uncoursed limestone rubble with painted brick facade, double-span slate roof. 2 storeys and attic lit to front by 2 inserted flat-roofed dormers; dentilled eaves cornice; 3-window front, all glazing bar sashes with slightly cambered heads; entrance porch between second and third bays from left with plain moulded entablature and flanking Tuscan columns; ridge stack to left and integral end stack to right. Straight joint indicates that section to rear is a Later addition, having 2 ridge stacks to the centre.
