House. Circa 1800. Red brick with cement-rendered plinth and rendered gable end. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys and gable-lit attic over basement. Plinth, plat band above each storey, and parapeted gable ends with moulded stone kneelers. Integral rendered brick end stacks. 3 bays; 16- pane glazing bar sashes with stone cills and slightly-segmental gauged heads. Central first-floor painted imitation sash. Barred basement windows. Central door with 6 raised and fielded panels (top 2 glazed), reeded architrave with fleurons at corners, and flat hood. 3 stone steps with C20 wrought-iron railings. Passageway to left with segmental- headed 4-panelled door and round arch within beneath first-floor fireplace above. Interior not inspected but panelled window shutters noted.
