Farmhouse. C19 but possibly incorporating earlier work. Local stone rubble coursed, ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof between coped gables; brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 5 bays, 3-light mullioned windows with labels having cast iron casements with diamond panes; between bays 2 and 3 a 4-centre arched doorway with 'Y' traceried fanlight, studded boarded door; plain door with steps to West of bay 5: end gables rendered, and in West gable a circular window with semi-circular label and radial glazed cast iron casement. Interior not seen.
