BRUTON C? STATION ROAD (West side) ST6834NW 8/177 The Amor Chest Tomb, in churchyard 7 metres South of the East bay of the South aisle, Church of Saint Mary GV II
Chest tomb. Probably C18. Doulting and Keinton stone. Moulded base; plain Keinton slab sides much eroded; deep coved top mould with hipped lid with large overhang. Most of inscriptions lost, but on one side there is mention of Elizabeth Amor, daughter of John and Mary, died 1855.
