House and shop. Early C19. Brick in Flemish bond, colourwashed; clay pantiled roof with abutment to west, stepped coped
gable to east; brick chutney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Sash windows of 12 and 9 panes above; below, to bays 1 and 2
plain shop windows left of bay 1 a C20 part glazed door; to right of bay 3 a flat arched throughway with rendered
surround. Primarily included for streetscape value.
