HIGH HAM CP BEER ROAD (West side) ST43SW BEER 2/23 Beer Farmhouse - GV II

Farmhouse. Probably early C19. Local lias stone roughly cut and squared; double Roman clay tile roof between coped gables, brick end and intermediate chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays. Sash windows of 12 panes in plain surrounds with gauged brick flat arches having small keystones; no window upper bay 4, and 4-light casement window of early pattern under timber lintol lower bay 4, probably reset, with blocked doorway to right; to lower bay 3 a 6-panelled door in timber-lined opening with timber lintol. Interior not seen.
