Cottage. C18 with modifications. Local stone cut, squared and coursed; hipped thatched roof; brick centre chimney stack. 2-storeys, with attic; East entrance facade of 4-bays irregular fenestration. Thatched lean-to entrance porch bay 3; a variety of casement windows, all but the upper in bay 1 of 2-lights, some small-pane. 2 dormer windows of which the right-hand has an ovolo mould wood frame. C2O lean-to on North side. Interior unremarkable, but good open fireplace with plain chamfered beam in South rood, ground floor.
