Detached cottage. Probably C18, modified C20. Ham stone rubble; thatched roof with stepped coped west gable, plain to east; brick chimney stacks. Single-storey with attics, 3 bays. C20 small-pane casement windows with timber lintels, with upper window tucked under thatch in bay 2: signs of blocked doorway between bays 1 and 2; current doorway having boarded door between bays 2 and 3, set under timber-framed conical thatched hood. Further casement windows in west gable; outshut to rear. Interior not seen.
