Farmhouse, now 2 dwellings. C17 enlarged C18 and C20. Rendered over cob, random rubble and brick. Thatched roofs, half hipped to left, large wall plate, rendered external stack right colourwashed brick above entrance, brick on rear wing. Plan: probably lobby entrance, enlarged to "T"-plan by wing at rear, flanked by outshuts, wing extended again in brick beyond chimney. One and a half storeys; first floor 2 dormers, one to right 2-light leaded casement window with quadrant stays. Other windows, early and late C20, small 2-light window to left, first floor 3-light to left of entrance and 3 cruciform window to right, one much modified. Late C20 glazed porch on random rubble plinth, glazed C20 door. Entrance to Badger's Rake in rear outshut right. Interior: only partially viewed. One pair of jointed trucks visible in No 2 Cottiford. Formerly known as Trenance Farmhouse.
