Churchyard cross. Late C14, restored early C20. Red sandstone ashlar about 5 metres high. Calvary of 3 steps, bettom step with steeply chamfered nosing, octagonal in plan, square socket with convex broaches, octagonal tapering shaft restored with addition of cross. Circa 1920. Scheduled Ancient Monument (Somerset No 246). (Pooley, Old Crosses of Somerset, 1877; photograph in NMR).
