Cottage. C17, C19. Coursed and squared rubble, double-Roman tiled roof, coped verge, brick stack to the gable to right, tall brick stack raising from eaves to left. Two storeys, 3 bays 2 and 3-light raking dormers to first floor; two 3-light moulded stone-mullioned windows to ground floor with labels, and a single-light opening in a stone surround. Door opening to centre with plank door, tiled pentice, wood posts.
