Early C19. 4 storeys, rubble. 7 bays with standard segment-headed windows with
flat mullions. Segment headed door and hoist door above in 3rd bay from right.
2 storey 2 + 3 + 2 bay extension to right (mullions removed on 1st floor) with
chamfered corner to right. Slate roof with coped verges. Rear, 2nd bay from left
has 2 storey window; right hand bay has gable over (stair-bay). Obscured date stone
in west gable. Part was originally a silk factory. Said to contain a beam inscribed
"John Yerbury 1827".
