Farmhouse, C17, C19 alterations. Random rubble, squared quoins, triple-Roman tile roof, 2 end brick ridge stacks, further brick stack on projecting gable to rear. Virtually symmetrical facade. Two storeys, 2 bays; paired and triplicated narrow sash windows with glazing bars under wooden lintels set almost flush to wall. Central door opening in ovolo-moulded and stopped surround, 6-panelled door; above flat wooden hood on wrought iron brackets. Contiguous 2 storey one bay outshut of lower height to right, similar paired sash windows; door opening in right return with reused ovolo moulded and stopped surround to 6-panelled door. Left hand ground floor room has moulded and stopped ceiling beams; broad open fireplace with chamfered lintel; winder stairs. (VAG Report, unpublished SRO, 1982).
