Town house, part of row of 3. c1750. Roughcast, slate roof, brick end stack. Symmetrical Georgian facade, 3-bays, 2-storeys and attic. Central doorway with chamfered stone architrave and triangular pediment on moulded brackets. Victorian 4-panelled front door. Flanked either side by tall 12-light flush-mounted sash windows. Fenestration to first floor of central 12-light sash window with wider 16-lights sashes to either side, again flush-mounted.
