Town house. Circa 1750. Rendered, dressed stone detail, pantile roof, one brick and one ashlar stack. "U"-shaped on plan. 3-storeys, 5-bays. Central plain stone doorcase, summounded by triangular pediment on three-quarter Tuscan columns, 6-panelled door. Flanked to either side by moulded stone architrave with square central mullion containing two 12-light sash windows. First and second floors set back, projecting ground floor having cornice and parapet. Ramped side walls running into corner pilasters at either side. Openings on first and second floor with similar sash windows. Moulded and dentilled cornice surmmounted by parapet with moulded coping. Rear has tripartite window with semi-circular head to centre light. Rusticated gate piers and dwarf wall with remains of C18 iron railings.
