Country house. Circa 1820. Stucco, Bath stone detail, hipped slate roof, ashlar stacks. 2-storeys, 1:4:1 bays, centre 4 projecting, sashes, glazing bars to first floor, in moulded stone architraves, cornices over each to ground floor. To left flat roofed entrance porch supported on 2-pairs of Doric columns, cornice over. Secondary entrance to right. Corner pilasters, eaves cornice. 3-bay return to left side, further 2-bay wing at its rear. Interior contains fine plaster work to main ground floor rooms, fireplaces and woodwork also of note. Lantern lit central stairwell, stair having cast iron foliated side panels.
