Two cottages. C18. Rubble, tile and pantile roofs; 3 rubble stacks, one with a moulded cap, and one roughcast; 2 brick stacks, coped verges. Two storeys, 3:3 bays, 2 and 3-light stone mullioned windows, each light with a casement, except 3-light casement to ground floor of Spring Cottage. Two door openings in freestone surrounds, plank doors, stone slab hoods on ornamental cut stone brackets.
