Toll house. Circa 1827. Colourwashed rubble, segmental pantile roofs, central rendered stack. L-plan composed of 2 projecting polygonal wings, a further addition to the west. Single storey 5 windows on frontages, 2-light casements with glazing bars, each light with a pointed head. Door opening to west, plank door. For Wedmore Turnpike Trust, established 1827.
