Details
EVERCREECH CP CHURCH VIEW (West side) ST6438 14/203 The Old School - GV II
School, now house. Datestone to gable face:- "1849 SCHOOL". Rubble, coped verges, brick stacks, slate roof. Symmetrical, Tudor style. Two storeys, 1:1:1 bays, centre breaks forward slightly under a front-facing gable, 2 and 3-light stone-mullioned windows with 4-centred arch heads, each light with a casement with horizontal glazing bars. Central door opening with a 4-centred arch head, ribbed door; stone porch, flat roof with a coping, 4-centred arch outer door opening with a label.
