MOULSFORD FERRY LANE SU5983 (South side) 10/119 Ferry Cottage 09/04/52 (Formerly listed as cottage on south side of Beetle and Wedge Lane, occupied by G/Capt. P.R. Worthington) GV II House. C17. Large timber framing with painted brick infill; old plain-tile roof; central brick ridge stack. Single storey and attic; 3-window range at right angles to street. Plank door to left of centre. 3-light leaded wood casement to left. 3-light leaded wood casement to right of centre. 2-light and single light leaded wood casement to right. Cross-gables to left and right of centre with angled wood oriel windows on brackets with lean-to plain-tile roofs. Left return, to road: timber framing with painted brick infill. 2-light leaded wood casement to centre. Single-light leaded wood casement to right. Jettied attic floor with Queen-post roof truss with single-light casement to left and 2-light casement to centre. Interior not inspected.
