GV II

House, now house and shop. C17, and C15 extended in late C16/C17 and remodelled in late C18. Originally timber-framed. Rendered; gabled C20 tile roof; brick ridge stack. L-plan with rear left wing. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Late C18 stone architrave to C20 door; mid C19 moulded cornice over C19 door with overlight and C20 three-light window to left: 8-pane sash to right. Carriageway with double doors to right. Horned mid C19 first-floor sashes. Fire insurance plaque over door. Dentilled eaves. C17 two-storey rear wing of timber framing with colourwashed brick infill and gabled old tile roof: later C17 timber-framed wing to rear of one storey and attic with gabled old tile roof. Interior: C18 doors. Original beams and joists. C15 two-bay house to left has timber-framed right side wall with tension braces and tension-braced crown-post truss to rear.
