House. Mid C18. Grey brick with red brick dressings; Welsh slate roof; brick ridge stacks to left and right returns. 2-storey, 3-window range to river. 6-panel door to Doric porch to centre. 12-pane unhorned sashes to all openings. Flat brick band between ground and first floors, Dentil course to eaves. Interior not inspected.
