Red brick with flared headers in Flemish bond; old plain-tile roof; brick ridge stack to centre. 2-unit lobby entry plan. 2-storey, 2-window range. C20 six-panel door to C19 gabled porch to centre. 3.-light wood casements with segmental brick heads to left and right. 3-light wood casements to first floor left and right. Dentil course to eaves. Left return: timber framing with brick infill. Banded tile-hanging to gable end. Right return; timber framing with C20 brick infill and Queen post roof truss to gable end. Interior not inspected,
