GV II
House. Early C16, remodelled and refaced in early C18. Originally timber-framed; heavy framing in square panels with brick infill to rear of left wing. Front of header bond grey brick with red brick dressings; hipped and half-hipped old tile roof; large brick ridge stack. L-plan with left wing. 2 storeys; 8-window range. Segmental arch over C19 six-panelled (2 glazed) door: C20 porch. Segmental arches over 2-light leaded ground-floor casements, except one blocked window and C20 window to left; similar first-floor leaded casements, except 2 blind windows and C20 window over door. Mid C18 outshut to right and C20 rear outshut. Interior: chamfered and stopped beams, timber-framed partitions and queen-post roof with clasped purlins.
