House. C15/C16, re-faced in late C18/C19. Cruck-framed. Re-faced in colourwashed limestone rubble with brick quoins and dressings; gabled roof of old tiles to front and C20 tiles to rear. C16 brick ridge stack and later end-stack, both finished in C19 brick. 3-unit plan. One storey and attic; 3-window range. Segmental brick arches over central C20 door with C20 porch, blocked door to right and glazed door to left, and C20 casement in right outer bay: C20 roof dormers. Interior: 2 pairs of raised crucks with collars and chamfered through purlins. Full set of chamfered and stopped beam and joists in room to right.
