Shown on Ordnance Survey map as Guys.
Farmhouse, now house. C17 with late C18 encasement to right. Painted brick to ground floor left; un-coursed stone rubble to cross-wing to left of centre; large timber framing with painted brick infill to first floor left and centre; red brick with flared headers in Flemish bond to right; old plain-tile roof; C20 brick internal stack to left of centre; brick ridge stack to centre, end stack to right. Two-storey, seven-window range. Two-panelled door to centre. Irregular fenestration of mostly two-light wood casements, those to ground floor with segmental brick heads. Cross-gable with Queen post roof truss to cross-wing to left of centre. Cross-gable to right of centre. Double Queen post roof truss to left return gable end.
Interior: chamfered spine beams to ground floor. Winder staircase from ground to first floor at rear left.
