Mill house, now house. Mid C17, with early C18 alteration and C20 alterations. Red brick base; large timber-framing to centre and right; brick infill; brick to left; old plain-tile roof; massive brick lateral stacks to left and right of centre. 2 storeys and attic; 3-bay range at right-angles to street. Central 2-panel door with flat hood on shaped brackets. Single-light windows to left and right of centre. Single-light wood casement to right. Flat brick band between ground and first floor to left. 2-light wood casement to first floor centre. Irregular fenestration of C19 sashes to right return except 2-light leaded casement to gable end with double Queen-post roof truss. Left return: 12-pane horned sashes to ground and first floor centre with cambered arches. Flat brick band between ground and first floor, and first floor and attic. 2-light casement to gable end. Early C18 dog-leg staircase with landings from ground floor to attic: turned balusters.
