GV II Offices. Early C19. Rendered, raised quoins, Welsh slate roof, brick stacks, right return elevation hung with West Somerset slates. 3-storeys with basement and 3-bays. Modern sash windows, windows blocked in outer bays of second floor. Open pediment doorcase with panelled reveals and panelled internal porch, 6 panel fielded door.
