Random rubble red sandstone, Welsh slate double span roof with deep eaves, brick stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays; sashes with glazing bars in rusticated surrounds, centre C20 door with C20 gabled glazed porch approached by steps. Random rubble wall with coping stones, square brick gate piers with stone caps and wooden gate.
