Incorrectly shown on OS map as The Elms. House. Early C19. Rendered grooved as ashlar, quoins, hipped slate roof with over hanging eaves and wooden soffit brick stacks left and right and on left side of projecting wing. "L"-plan, main block with Independently roofed projecting wing on left similar details apparently coeval, though with C20 windows on return wall. 2-storeys, main block - two bays with 20 pane sash windows to right, round headed sash windows to left over C20 flat roofed square porch projection with fanlight and 6 panel door. Facade of wing, two bays with 20 pane sash windows. Interior not viewed.
