House c.1820-30 with some windows altered in late C19 and early C20 doorcase. Front elevation of red brick with grey headers in diaper pattern to ground floor, weather-boarded to first floor, right side elevation weather-boarded and lower range to rear with diaper patterned with ground floor and tile hung first floor. Renewed tiled part with two later C19 brick chimneystacks. Front range of two storeys and attics two windows. Two gabled dormers with sashes having three panes to top 1/3 and vertical only below. Other windows are tripartite sashes with 24 panes. Central early C20 porch incorporating original 6 panelled door. Rear range is of 2 storeys, 3 windows. First floor has most unusual later C19 sashes with three panes to the top and vertical below in the top half of the window, and vertical below. Cambered casement to ground floor. One storey brick extension with tiled roof. Interior retains to left hand room on ground floor an original fireplace with reeding and paterae. Two cambered alcoves and dado rail. First floor retains two original fireplaces with reeded surrounds and square decorations at top and bottom, are with early C19 fire- grate, the other with later C19 fire-grate. Some 6 panelled doors.
