House. Early-to-mid C19. Front elevation rendered. Right gable end brick in Flemish bond, left gable end stone. Slate roof. Left end bay added, in same style as rest of building. 2 storeys and semi-basement. Stone plinth to left end bay, painted brick plinth to rest. Straight joint towards left. Projecting eaves with flat soffits and paired Ionic modillions. Hipped roof, hips returning. Buff brick stack to left hip, rear stack towards centre, and rear stack towards right end. Irregular fenestration of 4 recessed 12-pane sashes, the 3 to the right forming regular 3-window front. Door to centre of original building, with 6 fielded panels and rectangular fanlight with radiating glazing bars, flanked by fluted Corinthian columns. Doric porch with flat corniced hood up 4 steps. Interior not inspected. Formerly known as Manor Cottage.
