SCHEDULE
1. SANDGATE HILL 5281 SANDGATE TR 2035 SE Nos 34 and 36 7/243 II 2. Pair of cottages. C1840. Stuccoed with hipped slate roof and stuccoed chimney-stacks. 2 storeys 3 windows each. Windows are 12 pane sashes with narrow glazing bars and plain architraves. 3 windows to No 34 have horns. Ground floor windows to No 36 have wooden jalousies. Door cases have moulded architraves and cornices supported on console brackets. No 34 has original 4 panelled door and No 6 has modern 6 fielded panelled door and rectangular fanlights. 2 central cemented stacks and 2 end cemented stacks to each property. Left side elevation has window with vertical glazing bars only and horns. Attached low stuccoed garden wall with pyramidal piers and iron railings to No 36.
