House. Early C18, raised to three storeys in the C19. Coursed rubble stone, wood sashes, tile pitched roof, brick stacks. PLAN: Three-storey range of two windows bays to street with end stacks. Two storey range running perpendicular to rear. Entrance to side or rear. ELEVATIONS: West elevation to street has symmetrical arrangement of two windows to each of the three storeys. Second floor windows extended into dormers. Stone facade with vertically arranged stone lintels and larger blocks to corners serving as quoins. Stone square with smooth face carved "D I A 1707". INTERIOR: Not inspected. An early-C18 house raised in the C19 with a fine, three-storey stone facade in the centre of Charlbury and next to the Grade II St. Mary's Church.
