1. 1671 ST MARTIN'S (West Side) No 52 TF O306 2/229 22.5.54. II* GV 2. C17 origin, but converted to C19 "Gothic" (dated 1854), Cement rendered on stone. 2 storeys and attics. Paired stone chimney stacks. Plinth. 2 gabled stone bays with C19 stone ornaments and finials. 6-light stone mullioned window with "Gothic" glazing bars. 4 lights to top floor. C19 "Gothic" door under 4-centred arch in rectangular surround with small 2-light mullioned window over with C19 moulded label.
Nos 39 to 43(consec), Garden Wall to No 43,No 44, Wall to No 44, Nos 45 to 70 (consec), Garden Wall to Nos 68 and 69 with Burghley Almshouses form a group.
