SOUTH WITHAM CHURCH STREET SK 91 NW (east side) 9/139 No.14 II Farmhouse. C17, altered mid C18 and C20. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings. Pantile roof with raised stone coped gables and 2 moulded gable stacks. 2 storey with attics and cellar, 3 bay front, having plinth with 4 light C17 chamfer mullioned cellar light. Central blocked doorway flanked by single C20 glazing bar sashes, to first floor 3 similar windows. All openings have ashlar lintels with raised keystones. To right of ground floor a further blocked narrow window. To the left a lower 2 storey, 2 bay service wing raised and altered C20. 2 bay garden front has 6 panelled door with overlight and C20 fenestration to both floors in altered ashlar surrounds with flat lintels and keyblocks. 2 gabled dormers to roof. Included for group value only.
