Details

SOUTH WITHAM CHURCH LANE SK 91 NW (south side) 9/144 No. 2 (formerly listed as Farm E, 20.9.66 of Church Tanyard House) G.V. II House. Late C18. Minor C20 alterations. Squared limestone rubble, ashlar quoins and dressings, now rendered. Concrete plain tiled roof with 2 gable yellow brick stacks. 2 storey, 3 bay front having central half glazed C20 door covered by gabled porch, flanked by single glazing bar sashes. To first floor a central circular fixed light with delicate cobweb pattern glazing bars and keyblock, flanked by single glazing bar sashes. All windows have flat ashlar lintels with raised keystones. To left a lower, later, service wing.
