SOUTH SOMERCOTES TOWN STREET TF 49 SW (west side) 5/75 Outhouse to rear of Old Rectory II
Cottage, now outhouse. Early C18, C19. Red brick. Steeply pitched pantile roofs with brick coped and tumbled gables. Tall lateral C19 brick stack to rear. Single storey and garret. 3 bay front with large late C19 central doorway with wooden lintel and double plank doors. Doorway flanked by single sliding sashes. South gable end with small sliding sash, with blind rectangular panel above and small casement above that. The Old Rectory is not of listable quality.
