Farmhouse. c1820 with additions of c1850. Brick with stucco facing, slate hipped roof with lead dressings and 3 brick wall stacks. 3 bay 2 storey front divided into 3 bays by pilasters. Central glazed 2 leaf panelled door covered by a square porch with bordered round headed sidelights and double glazed doors with overlights. The porch is supported by square stucco columns with egg and dart decoration in the panels, capitals and a deep entablature with heavy cornice, egg and dart frieze and modillions. Doorway is flanked by single plain sashes. On the first floor are 3 further glazing bar sashes. All windows retain decorated covers for external roller shutters. Deeply - overhanging eaves with pierced scrolled brackets. Inside, windows retain shutters. On the range behind the left front is a mid C19 canted bay window with plain sashes and heavily moulded entablature.
