COBDEN STREET 1. 5315 (South Side) Nos 1 to 7 (odd) SK 8189 1/73 II GV
2. Including No 2a Ropery Road. Early C19. 3 storeys in pale brick with pantile roof with 5 stacks. 5 windows to top storey with rendered lintels. Modern glazing, except to No 5, which has hung sashes with glazing bars. Similar windows to 1st floor, hung sashes with glazing bars, except to Nos 3 and 5. 5 windows to ground floor, modern shutters. 4 doorcases with grooved pilasters and modern swag ornament to friezes. Doors of 6 fielded panels, 2 glazed. 3 steps. Basement window to No 1. Brick plinth, rendered except to No 1. Side elevation to Ropery Road has 3 windows on 3 storeys, no glazing bars, segmental arches. 2 windows to ground floor and grooved doorcase with cornice. Modern door up 3 steps. Included as a visual group with The Old Hall.
Nos 1 to 7 (odd) including No 2a Ropery Road and The Old Hall form a group.
